This course covers the use of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) as marketing tactics in effective and efficient marketing strategies employed by organizations. Companies use SEO and SEM to ensure that potential consumers see them first every time they utilize a search engine. By the end of this course students will learn how to optimize a website so that it shows up first on a search, and how to build search ads that will drive customers to a company's website.
